Procedure of the repair service process:
- You send us the well-packaged device, if possible with a precise description of the fault.

- Once you have approved the cost estimate, we will carry out the corresponding work on your device.
- We usually send the device back to you by UPS within 3 days of repair approval. This means that you will hardly have to do without your device for more than one to one and a half weeks.
Return of old devices
We dispose of the appliances we produce professionally.
You can return the device to us with sufficient postage.

Repair Service
Send us your device well packaged and with a brief description of the fault. You will receive a cost estimate within 3 days. After your approval, we will repair the device and usually send it back to you by UPS within 3 days. Your device will usually be back with you in just 1 to 1.5 weeks inside Germany or Europe.
Return of old devices
Send your old ACI devices back to us for disposal. We will take care of the professional dismantling and ensure that all parts are disposed of or recycled in an environmentally friendly manner. Together we make a contribution to environmental protection!
