Repair Service

We maintain and repair our PID devices.

Procedure of the repair service process:

  1. You send us the well-packaged device, if possible with a precise description of the fault.

  2. We will prepare a cost estimate for you within 3 days.
  3. Once you have approved the cost estimate, we will carry out the corresponding work on your device.
  4. We usually send the device back to you by UPS within 3 days of repair approval. This means that you will hardly have to do without your device for more than one to one and a half weeks.
